FRIDAY, JULY 25
10:00 AM Mandatory Snack Booth worker/training - stay for cleanup
11:00 to 2:00 PM - Fair Cleanup. We need 4-H help!

SATURDAY, JULY 26
10:00 AM to 4:00 PM - Exhibits entered and judged - 4-H Building -
club displays may be set up
SUNDAY, JULY 27
4:00 PM - Rabbit MUST be in place
5:00 PM - Mandatory Horse Meeting
12:00 to 6:00 PM - 4-H Snack Shack open in the 4-H Building
NOON to 6:00 PM - Exhibits entered, judged and set up. At this time
we will accept any entries not judged on Saturday.
NO EXHIBITS ACCEPTED AFTER 6:00 PM
6:00 PM - All entries in place, club displays will be judged excluding
those in horse barns between 6 and 8 PM.
MONDAY, JULY 28
4-H Building Closed except to 4-H'ers. Displays set up.
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Talent Show Preliminaries - grandstands (NYS Fair Contest)
12:00 to 6:00 PM - Snack Shack open in 4-H Building
3:00 PM - Rabbit Show
5:00 PM - Quadrangle & Texas T - main ring horse end
TBA - Fashion Review (participants gather at 3:30 at the Grandstand changing tent)
6:00 PM - 4-H Advisory Council Reception - 4-H Building, All Volunteers & Members
