Superintendent: Meg Bush
The Contestant:
1) Must be 16 yrs. old, but not over 20yrs as of June 1, 2012.
2) Must be a resident of Chemung County.
3) Must be single, never been married, have no children and not marry or become pregnant during her reign.
4) Must not be a former winner.
5) Must submit entries, postmarked no later then May 15th, 2012 to "Superintendent".
6) Must write a brief autobiography on a 3X5 card (for mc's use only)
7) Must enclose a recent photo with application.
8) Winner must be available to rein each day of the Chemung County Fair - July 31 - August 5, 2012.
Judging based on:
1) Written essay on "What my Fair means to My Community" in 300 words or less.
2) A 3-5 min. speech "Why you Should Come to My Fair".
3) Poise
4) Neatness and Cleanliness
5) Appearance
6) Ability to Communicate (speaking ability and knowledge of Fairs)
